Our banana nut breads are made-to-order sweetbreads with only the freshest ingredients. We never use preservatives. The minis are great for lunch boxes and on-the-go snacks. Banana nut breads can be frozen and thawed later at room temperature or in microwave on defrost setting. Bananas are rich in fiber, antioxidants and several nutrients, especially vitamin B-6.
