Our zucchini breads are sweetbreads made-to-order with only the freshest ingredients. We never use preservatives. The minis are great for lunch boxes and on-the-go snacks. Zucchini breads can be frozen and thawed later at room temperature or in microwave on defrost setting. Zucchini is from the squash family and is a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C, plus potassium and fiber.
